Ingredients
– 2 cups shredded hash browns
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1/4 cup diced onion
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded hash browns, beaten eggs, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
3. Press the hash brown mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish or baking pan, forming a crust.
