Ingredients
– 1 pound ground chicken
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
4. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
5. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a glaze to the meatloaf during the last 10 minutes of baking. Simply mix together some ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard, and brush it over the top of the meatloaf.
