Description
These Gooey S’mores Rolls are the ultimate indulgent treat – soft, doughy rolls filled with melted chocolate and marshmallow, baked to perfection. They’re a quick and easy way to enjoy the classic s’mores flavors anytime.
Ingredients
– 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
– 1 cup mini marshmallows
– 1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate or chocolate chips
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
2. Unroll the biscuit dough and separate into 8 individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
3. Place a spoonful of marshmallows and a sprinkling of chopped chocolate in the center of each biscuit circle.
4. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape, pressing the edges to seal.
5. Arrange the filled rolls in the prepared baking pan.
6. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter and sprinkle with the granulated sugar.
7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the filling is melted and gooey.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra-gooey filling, you can use a combination of milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips. You can also add a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top for a true s’mores flavor.
