Ingredients

– 6 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 lemon, cut into wedges


Instructions

1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs and toss to coat evenly.

3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
