Ingredients
– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
– 1/2 cup key lime juice (about 20 key limes)
– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until well combined.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
3. Gradually fold the cream cheese into the key lime mixture until fully incorporated.
4. In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.
