Ingredients

– 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces

– 4 cups broccoli florets

– 3 tablespoons honey

– 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon lemon zest

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
