Description

Indulge in the ultimate Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls, ready in just 10 minutes! These fluffy, homemade rolls are bursting with juicy strawberries and warm cinnamon, creating a heavenly sweet treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

– 3/4 cup milk

– 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

– 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

– 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

– 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4. Gradually add the milk, stirring just until a soft dough forms.

5. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a 12×8-inch rectangle.

6. Sprinkle the sliced strawberries and cinnamon evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

7. Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Slice the log into 8 equal pieces.

8. Place the cinnamon roll slices, cut-side up, in the prepared baking pan.

9. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.

10. In a small bowl, whisk together the confectioners’ sugar and heavy cream to make the icing.

11. Drizzle the warm cinnamon rolls with the icing and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier icing, add an extra tablespoon of heavy cream. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
