Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, 1/2 cup softened butter, and salt. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
3. Press half of the dough into the prepared baking pan, creating an even crust.
4. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the crust in an even layer.
5. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, rolled oats, and 1/4 cup cold cubed butter until a crumbly topping forms.
6. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the strawberries.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the strawberries are bubbling.
8. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting and serving.
Notes
